After a long afternoon nap from the lack of sleep the night before due to the need to wake up early to teach, I had an extremely long nap just now.
Beacause of the recent shifting, sleepovers and drawings that has been going on for the past week, the accumulated mess is starting to become a sore eye for me
For those with sharper preception, i congragulate you for noticing my second nendoroid given to me by my brother. I was contemplating in getting Seraphy for some time, though I was kind of reluctant to add any more strain in my $$$$.
I’ll do a photoshoot of her after dinner, when the sun goes down. She looks very adorable. Then again, aren’t all Nendoroids little sisters/daughters who possess awesome cute-ness factors to their owners?
Interestingly comrade Anthony mailed me, querying about my recommendation for nendoroids. I am not a pro when it comes to Nendoroids because I only started figurine collecting a while back. The interest in Nendoroids did not hit me intially, but only recently (I hope I never pick up an interest in Figmas).
Anyway when it comes to Nendoroids, I probably divide them into 2 categories; those that you can carry around easily and those they aren’t outdoor-friendly.
I guess, ideally, those outdoor friendly ones have little protruding parts and have the ability to stand without the supporting stand. A wide array of emotions and accessories are a plus too, though the small parts could get lost if you are not careful.
Kureha provides a simple explaination if you still don’t get it.
Anyway I think I might want to expand my Nendoarmy. I probably want to get a few outdoor-friendly ones because the night photography session with Kureha was extremely fun. Wearing my Haruhi Dan-chou armband and getting weird stares from people takes a bit getting used too though!
Do you have specifc Nendoroids that you like? Or a particular love for one? Share your thoughts on why you digg/hate Nendoroids to this Otaku who is new to the Nendoroid field!

< ![CDATA[Nice get on Seraphy. I don't own any nendo yet and I don't think I'll buy one for now since I want to focus more on large figures. But the ones that really caught my interest are Hatsune Miku and Nagato Yuki.]]>
< ![CDATA[Melissa Seraphy looks adorable! I don't have my first nendoroid yet, but I want her to be my first. I'd do anything for that 1/8 scale PVC that came out two halloween's ago, but this nendoroid is probably equivalent in cuteness! I personally think Seraphy is the cutest nendoroid out there... the problem is, like you said, she's not really compatible for outdoor shoots :( , but nonetheless, shes absolutely adorable!]]>
< ![CDATA[Miku is definitely a good and popular choice. I rank it up there for pose-ability and accessories.
Not too sure about Nagato though, never seen or read much of her!
I highly recommend owning at least 1 Nendoroid or figma though. I think the small size of them lets you pose them in almost any situation and brings out an interesting feel to any picture you take ^^]]>
