I know that I’ve been shamelessly promoting Nendoroids, but let me try and convince you readers about the awesomeness of Figmas, and state out 8 reasons why you should get them.

Actually GSC’s actSta series proves to be like figma only with much higher quality — sad thing is that the price is much higher too ><; you can probably buy 2-3 figma/nendo with just one actSta
IMO, when it comes to posing ability, Kaiyodo's Fraulein Revoltech is better — their stands suck though. LOL]]>

About figmas having more detail though, I think it's because they're a bit on the cheap side that's why they aren't as detailed, but IMO they're pretty good for their price.
GSC has a new line called actSta that looks awesome but the price tag is prolly worth 2-3 figmas/nendos

< ![CDATA[Funny you should post this, because I just took some Figma pictures last night. You also forgot that they look fantastic and you can create your own stop-motion animated movies with them. I have two Figmas of my own: Mikuru Asahina and Hatsune Miku. I'm planning on getting the San Seto and Kyon ones next.

Compared to last year, I've toned back of figmas this year. It's not I'm getting tired of them, it's either, I have this character or I don't see anything special about this one.]]>

< ![CDATA[One of the best things about figmas is what you've already pointed out: it's posing ability. Never forget that figmas are also good for photography. I noticed that many comrades use figmas in their photographs much like how you use your Nendos in yours. It's quite a steal, if you ask me... ^^
Oh, and R.I.P. to MJ for his passing. Looking back at Yuki's poses which are similar to MJ, it really evokes memories of him and his glory years.]]>
