Recently Not-very-Recently acquired a NyanType Vol.1
In it were dozens of hot posters.
But apparently you can’t take them out without cutting the magazine up
Solution: Open the metal staples and remove the pin-up posters.

Nanoha freed from magazine.
Damm, is she hot

KissXSis sisters.
Damm, are they hot

Anyway, to mount the posters, I decided on cardboard and plastic wrapping.
Cut plastic wrapping for protection

If retarded cutting skills are present, enlist the help of Shana

Next, measure cardboard to cut out.
Mount cardboard behind poster and tape wrapping.
Done? Move to next posters
This project is Rin approved for reasons.

< ![CDATA[Hehe. I used the same technic.
But after I put the posters out, I put the magazine together again.
Btw: Use the iron and towel to get rid off the fold.
Looks like this

< ![CDATA[I learnt a previous technique once: the usage of spray glue and flatboards. This way, it sticks very nicely.
I remember having a stackload of posters lying around, but I can't stick them around in my room. Guess they will have to wait till I move out! ^^
Ever heard of rasterbation? >.<]]>
< ![CDATA[I just use a ruler and my Hobbyknive to get those posters out.Your method would be too much of a hassle to me.
I used some of those rubbergluedots to pin mine to the wall.Sadly i later found out that they stain the posters a lil bit :(
Ill frame them later I guess.
Thanks for the Guide]]>

u can always put it under ur bed to make it straight ^__^]]>
< ![CDATA[That's the way how I take out posters from my megami magazines as well. I read a few ppl wanted to know how I take them out. I replied and I thought to myself I should make a post about this but I got lazy and forgot. Now, I can just refer them to these post to see how it's done.
With my posters, I blue tack them on my wall. I know about the oily spots but I tried other methods and it's just not the same.]]>
< ![CDATA[I used to do that too. Somehow, i became lazy. =P
I just use pen knife plus ruler to get them out nicely.]]>
< ![CDATA[LOL @ "NOT PANTSU"!
I'm not a fan of bishojo pin-ups (of course, I'm a straight girl), but I do enjoy the company of the only anime poster on my wall: the movie poster for the 5th Kara no Kyoukai movie. I haven't seen the movie (I have read the first chapter of the series, though), but the illustration looked cool and the poster was free, so I put it up. I got it at an anime convention a few months ago during a Q&A panel for the movie series and Kalafina, the group that does the theme songs for the movies.

< ![CDATA[I have always been thinking of doing the same to my ceased posters. I hate the cease lines, only if I know how to get rid of them.]]>
< ![CDATA[For me, I use 2 pieces of glass and sandwich the poster in-between.
I just have a liking for glass material.
^^
By the way, did you get your magazine from Singapore or did you order it online? Trying to find a copy of it as well.]]>
< ![CDATA[Ah towel and iron. Nice tip! Thanks!
I put back the mag after taking them out too ^^ ]]>
< ![CDATA[I did not want to glue the back because the posters are 2 sided ^^
just googled rasterbation; sounds expensive =p]]>
< ![CDATA[Expensive to work about, yes. But very effective in the long run. I have some posters which I didn't get through magazines (kinda hard to get those around here), so I just use Moe Imouto to get some and rasterbate it!]]>
< ![CDATA[Haha yeah, it's quite time consuming >_<
Best to hire a sibling with lots of free time on their hands to do it ^^]]>
< ![CDATA[*u can always put it under ur bed to make it straight ^__^* *It might get wet XD * ]]>
< ![CDATA[Mind sharing the source of them magazines? Lol!
Would also want to try rasterbation! Lol! Time to save up for a color printer then.. -.-"
