Drossel Memory Logs [190709; 0618hrs]
I went out exploring a place called Clarke Quay. Situated along Singapore River in the busy Singapore downtown. The crowd was massive, blocking my way numerous times.
I assume that this is a typical Singapore road. Behind me is what they call an “overhead bridge“. Humans do not have flying systems so they have to use their legs to walk up these bridges to cross the road without any fatality.
Moving along, I spotted a contraption called the Extreme Swing GX5. Due to humans inability to conquer the skies, they come up with giant swings to give them the impression that they are actually flying. I have to try it one of these days.
I spotted Bubbles, but couldn’t give my greetings due to the fact that she was facing away. What is she doing hanging herself on a guitar bag anyway?
Perhaps her human captors are ill-treating her.
The city is filled with railings such as this because humans have trouble walking properly. They would fall in every direction without the help of these. They, however, make an excellent place to lie on.

Humans when not being able to fly, create giant sized contraptions. Their inability to float on water has also led them to create floating platforms called boats. Boats can only be found on water and thus, to prevent people from falling into water, they have set up railings here too.
Pow Pow, remember to catch me when I fall off.
I think that humans build too much things. This huge place I am standing on is a bridge.
Wait! what is that I spy?
Another boat again.
Humans, you build too much for your own good.
Seeing that it’s getting dark and I won’t be able to see anything much, I decided to perform the human activity “Chill Out” which takes place in a place called the “pub“.
They offer interesting liquids. Seems like a good deal. Maybe I should get one.

NIKON D40 is my baby (Used it to take the picture). The Sony slut belongs to a fellow comrade.
You can't walk during Lunch time / After work? I am amazed by the beauty of the cityscape; something which I've always took for granted.
If you want to take some pictures after work one of these days or something, I'll be more than willing to go down to downtown in the evening / night to take the sexy views.
Free on Friday evenings only, every other weekday evening is tuition tuition tuition!]]>

The trick it to bring one or two Nendos along with you all the time. Don't need to specifically go out on planned photoshoots. Just break out of normalcy and keep your eyes opened while getting to your destination! ]]>

< ![CDATA[Haha, I took a few months to build up the confidence needed to take. Until today, I don't think I can say that I can "take at will”. I still have some reservations.
I guess a few tips would be starting out at secluded places first, and have someone you know accompanying you (the feeling of being ‘not any part of the crowd’ is a powerful deterrent)
Most importantly, have fun and be passionate about taking the pictures. For me it’s sharing the pictures with people and stretching each figure to her own potential that brings our the greatest satisfaction =3]]>
