Back in the day, when this blog was still a baby and I had less figures than I had fingers; when I had more words than pictures in a typical post, I used to take pictures of random things.

Over the years the blog has taken a turn to just churning out just pictures. That’s just me being lazy and I realised a long time ago, that people seemed to miss out what I type when the pictures within the post and ask stuff that had already been explained with.

このブログが始まったばかり私は十指よりフィギュアーが少なくて、写真より言葉が多くて、当てもなく写真を撮った。

年々でこのブログは写真を撮るだけじゃなくなった。人々は写真と書いた文を読まないで、説明したことを質問にしたんだ。

So anyway, just like how the blog has evolved over the years, my desk has gone through numerous transformations.

Two years back, it looked like this. No matter how I rearrange my desk, the partition has always stayed the same; the computer will always be shoved to one side, leaving the empty space at the side for anything and everything that needs to be photographed.

I’ve always taken my nendoroid stories on my tabletop, with the exception of a few that need water or a large space, then it will be done on the floor.

ま、ブログと一緒、家の机も何回も変化した。

二年前、この姿だった。机の上をどうしても整えって、パソコンはいつも置いといて空将で写真を撮るところにした。

ねんどろいど物語は机の上で取って、水とか大きい場所が必要な物語は床で。

Any picture that is this neat is fake.

Last time when showing off workspaces was quite the thing over at figure.fm because of OTACOOL1, I thought that tying to show how neat and magnificent my tabletop and workspace was a norm.

こんなきれいな机の写真なんてうそでしょう！

あるときOTACOOL1にでるためfigure.fmで自分の作業領域を見せるのはよくあるから、自分の机ってどのくらいきれいで見せたかったんだ。

However. over the years. I’ve gotten to accept that I’m not a person who can work on table that is neat. There’s really no point in trying to spruce and pack the place just to take some picture ^^; I’m proud of my mess!

Plus I really don’t seem to be able to do anything if my stuff aren’t “spread out”. This is especially true when you handle so many nendoroid parts pretty often.

でもこんなきれな机で何もできない。写真を撮るためだけで掃除するのは意味ない＾＾；めちゃめちゃでいい！

それに、わたしはものが広がらないと何もできない、とくにねんどろいどのパーツ。

So without further ado, let me show you my desk starting from the far right end, where I sit at everyday, to watch stuff, read wiki, troll Facebook, chat on Skype and MSN, take pictures, paint things, build nendosizedweaponsofmassdestruction.

My computer, an iMac lies on the far right hand side of the desk with an additional monitor. I use a Twin Angel oppai mouse pad, courtesy of Danny. I actually like it a lot. It’s the smallest sized but I think it suits me just fine. I have small wrists anyway.

The black LUMIX thing is the casing of my LX5 which I use all the time now. DSLRs are too heavy for me. Me is grown old and weak already.

Kirino thing is for my PSP.

The pieces of paper on the screen are STICKIES. I actually find myself using STICKIES to remind myself what I need to do. Must be the age.

それでは机を紹介しましょう、まずは右から！ここは毎日座って、何かを見て、ウィキを読んで、フェイスブックの人たちをばかにしてｗ、スカイプとＭＳＮを使って、写真を撮って、描いて、ねんどろいどサイズの武器を建てて。

パソコンはｉＭａｃで、二つのディスプレイを使っています。ダニーさんからの快盗天使ツインエンジェルのおっぱいマウスパッドを使う。胸が小さいけど私の手首にぴったりだ。

その黒いＬＵＭＩＸケースＬＸ５ので、最近使いばっかり。DSLRは重すぎ。私はもう年取ったな。

そしてきりののＰＳＰケース。

付箋を使ってメモしてます。やっぱ年取ったな。

Other than stickies, I have this book which I carry around in my bags with my camera and figure which I bring along to where ever I go. I write all sorts of stuff in it, from ideas, phone numbers to reminders. Everything goes in. If I lose this book, my life comes to a halt for a few days.

付箋以外、この本もカメラもフィギュアーもどこへ行っても持って行くんだ。なんでも書いて、アイデアやメモ。なくしたら、人生が数日止まる。

I recently opened my 2nd box of name cards, was choosing which ones to put into the holder which have attached to my keys. I really wonder how I gave out a 100 of them. I don’t think I’ve given it to even 50 people. ^^;;

最近名詞の第二箱をあけて、どれを鍵でつけた名詞ケースに入れるを考えた。すでに１００名詞をあげたのが信じられない。まだ５０人にあげないと思うけど＾＾；

This cutesome figure came by a couple of days back and I really like her even though I’m not particually fond of figmas. I ordered the GSC’s scaled version of Mayoi too. Can’t wait to shoot that one!

I bring figma Mayoi wherever I go these past days, retiring HMO Miku as the “to-go” figure.

Unfortunately my mum was saying that Mayoi looks pretty odd and she doesn’t like her.

このかわいいいいフィギュアーは数日前きて、フィグマはあまり買わないけどこれ大好きだ。グッドスマイルの真宵１/８も予約できた！

今度は出かけＨＭＯミクじゃなくてフィグマ真宵を持って行く。

残念だけど家の母は真宵のことを好きじゃない。

Once you move past the computer area, on the left side, it’s where I do anything that requires drilling, cutting, slicing, painting.

Superglue, drills, knives, tape, paint, brushes, clay, all on this side.

パソコンの左で、工作ところだ。

瞬間接着剤、ドリル、ナイフ、テープ、ペイント、クレー、全部ここだ。

Moving along, it gets even messier.

It’s like a stage. Unfortunately if you are not on the stage, high chances are that you are in pieces.

そしてそして、もっとひどくなるｗ

ここは写真を撮るところだ。

なんかステージみたい。ステージでいなかったら、どこかでばらばらだ。

My magical table!

The table resides on a rack where all my nendo parts boxes are kept.

Interestingly a long time ago, like some 2 years back, people used to ask me where I took my pictures. I remember replying “table” and I think the person wasn’t really convinced. ^^;

But rest assured, I’m terribly lazy to move out of the house. I’m a fat kid that can’t run more than 20 meters without catching my breath so I like to stay at home and order Mcdonalds’ delivery. So I’ll find means and ways to take pictures within the comfort of my home

魔法の机！

この机の下でねんどろいどのパーツを箱に入ってます。

面白かった話なんだけど、二年前ぐらいひとに「どこで写真を取るの？」を聞かれた。「机」で答えたがその人満足できなかった気がした＾＾；

でも安心して、家から出るのがいやです。私は太く、２０メートル走れないからマクドナを宅配する。家の楽で写真を撮るため何でもするｗ
