Hickory Dickory Dock

Hickory, dickory, dock,
The mouse ran up the clock.
The clock struck one,
The mouse ran down,
Hickory, dickory, dock

K: Why did the mouse run up the clock?
M: Well, once upon a time…..

Once upon a time there was a very big, fat and greedy mouse called Mickey.
Mickey loved to sneak out at night to raid the food left on the table.
He would steal the food and there would be none left to eat in the morning.

One night, Mickey saw his favourite cheese bread left on the table.
Usually he would bring the bread back to his hole and enjoy his meal back in his home,
infront of his computer, while watching NICO NICO

However, because it was CHEESE BREAD. He just had to smell, lick and eat it on the spot.

Unfortunately the house cat was watching his every move ever since he left his hole and was waiting for the opportune moment to pounce on him and eat him up.

Just as Mickey was going to take a bite, the house kitty charged forward!!!

But because Mickey had huge ears, he could hear her coming.
He lifted up the table to shield himself from incoming attacks!

When he was safely shielded behind the table and regained his composure, he took a good look at the kitty. He realised that it was just a small kitten and laughed.

He pushed the table forward and squashed the little kitty.
With the little kitty trapped, he could run away to safety!

He decided on an unorthodox method of hiding from the kitty though.

He could run back to his hole but he decided to play hide-and-seek with the kitty since it was still 1am and still early in the morning.

“Where’s that mouse!!!!!!!!?”

The little kitty managed to free herself after struggling for sometime.

*Giggles*

K: I don’t like this story, the mouse got away…..
M: Ok, I’ll tell you another one tomorrow, you have to go to bed now!
