Who
Kodomut runs this photoblog for anime and Japanese figures. He is currently an undergrad pursuing a BsC Management degree under the University of London External Program at the Singapore Institute of Management.
Formerly an un-motivated individual with years of gaming during his teenage years, he has found his passion in figure photography and meeting like-minded people who enjoy the Japanese culture and photography.
What
Kodomut enjoys taking pictures of the nendoroid line of figures, produced by Good Smile Company and figmas, produced by Max Factory. Occasionally he takes pictures of scaled figures which he finds appealing. He brings them out occasionally to showcase the synergy of them figures with nature and in the cityscape – sometimes alone and sometimes with comrades during meetups.
Other than taking photos of figures, Kodomut enjoys telling stories to children and has been telling stories on a weekly basis to the local library (Yishun) since January 2009. The interest for storytelling is evident in the nendoroid stories which is told by nendoroids.
Why
This photo blog was inspired by the likes of Dannychoo and Sam Javanrouh who made Kodomut inspired to take pictures of figures to share with everyone who enjoys figures and toys in action.
He believes that pictures transcends language barriers and anyone can relate to pictures. He also feels that too little people in the interwebs are over protective of their figures and toys and as such fail to showcase the reason why they are even worth collecting.
Where
Kodomut lurks around these networks and you can find his bread crumb trails linking back to this blog.

He is also a resident of sunny island country Singapore and is always keen on meeting like-minded individuals who have a passion for figures, anime and photography.
